LUGAO's GW4 Series 220kV disconnectors are double-column, horizontal rotary disconnectors suitable for outdoor environments, featuring high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance. These 220kV disconnectors are primarily used for high-voltage side isolation in substations. During inspection or maintenance, the disconnector creates an air-insulated break, ensuring physical separation of the isolated equipment from the energized system. They can also be used with an earthing switch for safety locking.

Product Description

Lugao's GW4 double-column horizontal rotary disconnector features two insulating columns per phase, each topped with a conductive rod. An operating mechanism rotates the insulating columns, driving the conductive rod to open and close the circuit breaker. Adding grounding switches to both sides of the base is negotiable with Lugao. The contacts are made of bent copper plates and assembled with the conductive rod for easy maintenance and replacement. Suitable for outdoor use, the steel surface is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term operation even in adverse weather conditions. The conductive rod is constructed of lightweight aluminum alloy, offering a large heat dissipation area and high strength.
