Liugao is European Box-Type Transformer Substation 10KV 20KV 30KV supplier.Our YBW-35KV Outdoor Box-Type Substation comprises various rooms, including the high-voltage switch room, low-voltage switch room, relay protection room, and transformer room. The shell material for the high-voltage switch, low-voltage switch room, and relay protection room can be selected from aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, or composite board. The aluminum alloy plate's surface undergoes anodization to enhance corrosion resistance, while the steel plate and steel structure parts are phosphated for treatment. The composite plate offers features such as vibrant color, aesthetic appearance, heat insulation, and flame retardancy. The transformer room is designed without a closed shell structure but incorporates a high safety net cover, facilitating transformer ventilation and heat dissipation while ensuring safety for both personnel and equipment.

The HV high-voltage switch room can be equipped with JYNI-35, KYNI0-35 switch cabinets, or 35KV load switches. Users can choose overhead cable mode for 35KV incoming and outgoing cables. In the LV low-voltage switch room, if the low-voltage side is 10KV, it can accommodate X(GN2-1, KZNI-12, KYNI-12 switchgear, HXGNII-10F, HX(GN26-10(F) ring network cabinet. When the low side is 0.4KV, various circuit breakers, including DWI5T series, ME series, M series, F series frame type, and D220 series, CM series, H series, S series molded case air circuit breakers, can be installed (generally excluding low-voltage switch cabinets to save space).
